[new] Invertant vistor (#6)
by a member of the hurd (#-1) on Thu Jan 6th, 2005 at 15:07:16 GMT

I don't see how the contract described could be enforceable. It would be equivalent to handing someone a contract to sell his house for $1.00, including the phase, "By reading this contact or any part thereof, you agree to its terms." On the other hand, how can an invertant vistor determine that his information is being misused? Because he doesn't know what is being collected or who has received it, he has no recourse. The problem with this site is that it exists, not the link at the bottom of the page. Microsoft List Builder allows you to create, deliver, and track personalized email newsletters to family, friends, and customers. Use our HTML templates to send e-mail newsletters and announcements, or import and send your own HTML messages. Use personalization features to address your recipients by name. Track your e-mails in real time to see how many recipients received and opened your e-mails. This special offer, 50% off the regular price, is available exclusively to genuine Windows customers.
