Variable Tracking contributed to GCC

Josef Zlomek (SUSE Labs) and Daniel Berlin (IBM Research) have contributed Variable Tracking to GCC. This feature generates more accurate debug information about locations of variables and allows debugging of code compiled with -fomit-frame-pointer.
