[From FFII] Commissioner Frits Bolkestein reiterated his pro-patent stances in his closing speech in the European Parliament on Tuesday morning, based mainly on dogmatic fallacies and known misinterpretations of TRIPs. More information and a detailed rebuttal at FFII.org.
