Free Software licensing and the GNU GPL seminar

From the webpage: On August 8, 2003 Daniel Ravicher, of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP and Bradley M. Kuhn, Executive Director of FSF will present a one-day seminar titled "Free Software Licensing and the GNU GPL."

Continuing from the webpage: "This program is designed to offer lawyers and businesspeople, working in software licensing, a complete introduction to the legal issues surrounding the development and distribution of free software, such as the GNU operating system, the Linux operating system kernel, etc."

It would be nice if this were recorded (at least the audio) for release under a verbatim distribution license. I expect that listening to the recording wouldn't qualify for credit or reduce the real value of the seminar--getting your questions answered from knowledgable GPL authorities. So, I would not expect any recording to impede the FSF's ability to make money.
