Free Software/Open Source Telephony Summit 2004

Next month the German Unix User's Group is hosting the first ever "Free Software/Open Source" telephony summit, focusing on Free Software (and other Open Source) solutions for creating telephony services and applications of various kinds.

Many different FS (and OS) projects are being represented, each offering workshops and tutorials, as well as live interoperable demonstrations, and many core hackers from these different projects will also be present.

This event is being held near Aachen, in Germany (in Geilenkirchen), from January 16th till 20th. Further information may be found at http://www.guug.de/veranstaltungen/telephony-summit-2004..
