FLOSS-project Publishes Study

The IST-funded FLOSS-project (Free/Libre Open Source Software) has published a study on Free/Open Source Software. The study is an interesting read and consists of three parts:
  • Use of Open Source Software in Firms and Public Institutions: Evidence from Germany, Sweden and UK.,
  • Firm's Open source Activities: Motivations and Policy Implications, and
  • Basics of Open Source Software Markets and Business Models.
